Sustainability and Impact

Sustainability and positive impact are core pillars of ROCKMARK’s strategy. The integration of ESG criteria is a structural element of our investment policy. Asset allocation decisions consistently incorporate environmental, social, and governance considerations, aiming to identify material risks and capture opportunities with positive impact.

ESG assessment is based on internationally recognised frameworks, such as the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), the SFDR, and the European Taxonomy. This evaluation is an integral part of our due diligence, asset selection, and ongoing monitoring processes. It contributes not only to enhanced risk-adjusted returns, but also to regulatory compliance and alignment with the expectations of institutional and private investors.

Our strategic differentiation is built on a specialised and focused approach. Fund management is active, with a bottom-up focus supported by rigorous fundamental analysis. Governance is ensured by an independent structure, free from banking influence, allowing for autonomous decision-making. ESG integration is formally embedded in the investment process, reinforcing our commitment to responsible practices. We operate with a clear focus on qualified investors, institutions, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), offering tailored solutions to meet their specific needs. Risk is continuously monitored using indicators such as volatility, drawdown, and Value at Risk (VaR), ensuring robust control. In terms of compliance, we meet the requirements of the SFDR, MiFID II, and adhere to the best practices of the CMVM.
